SPRING 2021 REGISTRATION
OPENING DAY: APRIL 10 2021 - SEASON END: JUNE 2021
Step 1: Determine League Age of your player(s)
You can look up what league age your player(s) are by referring to this news item here.
Step 2: Determine your registration fee
Once you know your league age group, you can register and pay online.
Step 3: Complete all the player registration forms and provide documents
Below you will find some documents you need to fill in. It is advised that you complete them before coming to finalize registration so you are not spending a lot of time completing paper forms at the registration event.

Step 4: Provide Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency
IMPORTANT: DUE TO COVID-19 HEALTH CONCERNS WE WILL BE LIMITING ANY IN PERSON EVENTS. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND PREFILL YOUR FORMS.
At this stage you have completed documents and are ready to finalize registration. YOU MUST bring the following additional documents to verify a player is in the correct league boundary.
For each player, no matter of how many seasons they have played with AVLL, will need to provide an original certified birth certificate and one (1) document from one of three (3) categories below for residency verification. It needs to match the address you entered in the registration form and be in the Apple Valley or Lucerne Valley Unified School District areas as defined by District 49:
A. Driver’s License
B. School records
C. Vehicle records (registration, lease, etc.)
D. Employment records
E. Insurance documents
A. Welfare/child care records
B. Federal records (Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
C. State records
D. Local (municipal) records
E. Support payment records
F. Homeowner or tenant records
G. Military records
A. Voter’s Registration
B. Utility bills (gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
C. Financial records
D. Medical records
E. Internet, cable,
Please note, these documents must be dated from some time in 2020.
OR DO IT THE EASY WAY
Step 5: Player will attend a skills assessment
Players will attend a skills assessment where coaches for their age group will rate players and choose players in a draft straight afterwards.
Step 6: Player will be assigned a team
Once the draft is over Managers will receive a team list and start contacting players with practice times and eventually game schedules.
